Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; cardiovascular system; central nervous system; extraembryonic component; and genitourinary system. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in coronary artery disease (multiple); lung non-small cell carcinoma; neuroblastoma; and psoriatic arthritis.
