| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Transcription factor required for TBX21/T-bet-dependent maturation of Th1 cells as well as maintenance of Th1-specific gene expression. Involved in embryogenesis and hematopoiesis. Tissue specificity: Low level in normal B and T-cells, high level in activated lymphocytes and monocytes. Also found in thymus, tonsil, bone marrow, developing vessels, and fetal brain. Function: Transcription factor required for TBX21/T-bet-dependentmaturation of Th1 cells as well as maintenance of Th1-specific geneexpression. Involved in embryogenesis and hematopoiesis (Bysimilarity). Subcellular Location: Nucleus (Potential).
