| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. background: KIF15 belongs to the kinesin-like protein family and contains 1 kinesin-motor domain. KIF15 is the plus-end directed kinesin-like motor enzyme involved in mitotic spindle assembly. Function: Plus-end directed kinesin-like motor enzyme involved inmitotic spindle assembly. Subunit: Interacts with MKI67 and TPX2. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, spindle.Note=Detected during the interphase in the cytoplasm as finelypunctuate pattern and irregularly shaped dots. Detected duringmitosis on the mitotic spindle. Colocalizes with TPX2 in mitosis.Localizes at the central spindle at anaphase.Localizes at the sites of invaginating cell membranes, a positionthat corresponds to the location of the contractile actomyosin ringof dividing cells. Colocalizes with actin ininterphase. Colocalizes in dendrites and in growthcone of axons with microtubules. Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in liver and weakly in testis. Expression was higher in patients with severe fibrosis or inflammation and chronic hepatitis. Similarity: Belongs to the kinesin-like protein family. KLP2subfamily. Contains 1 kinesin-motor domain.
